Wendy Oaks RV Resort

I don’t usually make posts about the RV parks or campgrounds I’ve stayed at, but my week-long stay at Wendy Oaks RV Resort near Florence, MS, has given me the opportunity to relax, catch up on some work, and also take some pictures, while not being too far from tourist sites in Jackson, MS. The campground host, Melanie, was very personable and accommodating. The budding trees not only provided shade but added to the beauty of the park. The Great Egret hanging around the campground’s pond allowed me to work on my photography skills, as I tried to capture it while flying. I would definitely stay at this RV resort if ever in the area again.

While tornados struck about 20 miles north of us, we only had heavy rain followed by a rainbow.
